“I placed an order for a this rug on 31.01, and I have yet to receive any updates on its status. My order number is 2613000796968 I understand that delays can happen, but I have not received any communication regarding the shipment or expected delivery. I have reached out to customer service and no one has replied to me. I need an immediate update on my order status? If the item is lost or unavailable, I would appreciate a resolution, whether that be a replacement or a refund. No communication is poor and no product after 2 weeks is even worse.”
