“Within a week of having the rug it has already begun to look very scruffy with lots of fluff coming off. It was very expensive so I would expect better and therefore would not recommend. We looked at sending it back but you have to complete all of the customs forms and take the item which is very heavy to a post office as there is no collection option. It is too heavy for my to carry myself so this is not possible. You then wait weeks for a refund according to the returns policy whilst it is processed through customs etc and I was concerned the item may get lost in customs so we haven’t managed to return it”
