“Lovely carpet. Very happy with it. Far less happy that I had a bill from from DHL saying that they had to pay a Duty tax on the carpet and that I had to pay them immediately. I ended up paying and extra £40 for 2 carpets I had assumed would be a total of £350. I believe that Benuta should have made me aware of this when i placed the order. I didn't ask or arrange for DHL to deliver, Benuta did. I am UK based.”
