“I ordered a rug from Benuta.co.uk and it arrived faulty. They admitted it was their fault, yet have completely refused to collect the rug. Once the rug is taken out of the packaging, it’s basically impossible to get it back into a normal-sized parcel – and getting something that size to a Parcelforce drop-off is unrealistic. So I’m stuck with a damaged rug that they won’t pick up. To make matters worse, while I’ve been going back and forth with them (getting nowhere), I’ve now had a debt collection company chasing me for £45 from an unpaid DHL customs letter, which I’m absolutely not paying when the product was faulty from the start. This company has been a nightmare to deal with from day one. No real help, no accountability, and now I’m left with a damaged rug and debt collectors chasing me. Honestly, save yourself the stress, shop elsewhere.”
