“To be honest, this purchase was really confusing and tiring. I only wanted to order one rug for my apartment. I tried to enter all my details, but this was the beginning of the trouble — I had to enter them four times before they were saved. Then, when I tried to enter my card details, an error message said that the card was not loaded. I received no confirmation of the purchase. I thought there was a connection problem, so I tried entering the information again, but it didn't work a couple of times. I tried with other rugs and encountered the same problem. I called the company to ask if there was an issue, and they told me that if this error occurs, the rugs are unavailable and cannot be ordered. A couple of days later, I started to receive these rugs. I only wanted to order one, but ended up with six of them. Of course, when I received a confirmation hours or days later, the order could not be cancelled because that would cost half the price of each rug. I do not understand how this could happen. If the rug had been confirmed and ordered, why could there not be a normal confirmation of the purchase instead of an error message saying that the rug could not be ordered? I would not recommend this company to anybody and would therefore be grateful if you could please fix this issue. I had to sell the other rugs because the return cost was also half the price of the rug.”
