The beef is grass fed which is mega important for celiacs, and also hormone and antibiotic free. I like to add turmeric to my broth for extra anti-inflammatory benefit, and it’s fantastic to break fasts with. It can seem like a big investment buying the broth often, but when you compare to how much people spend on coffee daily, you realise how affordable it is.
