“I have not been able to try this product as on the day it arrived the seal was completely broken and the contents was in the packaging.
I have emailed customer service twice with evidence of the opened spilled out contents.
No one has had the courtesy to get back to me.
Therefore the 1 star review is based solely upon customer service as I can not comment on this product.

“Have tried just as hot drink and adding to sauces. However as we are eating mainly salads at present, unusual for UK, it isn't a fair test. Mixes easily, look forward to more regular use during cooler months.”
“I love the broth and have some most days.
What I am less pleased with is the ordering process--if you order x bottles, you are then offered (after you have paid) another bottle at a lower price. Tempting, so I give in. Then I have more bottles than I really want. It wouldn't be a problem, but all the bottles I've just received (July) have a use-by date of October. That's a lot of broth to get through!
I did have a bottle of Best Bone Broth go off once, before the use-by date, so I am wary. (I ordered that one from Amazon so I don't expect BBB to give me a refund.)
I would rather know up front what I am paying and how many bottles I need to buy to get a discount.”
