“I ordered the item 10 days ago and have not received anything at all. No email to say it has been dispatched, no delivery. All I have got is an email asking to review the item that I ordered. I have been charged yet not received the product! I have emailed twice and called twice and there seems to be no way of contacting them so have no idea how to get the product delivered, or to get my money back - this service is awful! I would not recommend using this website after this experience.”
