“I made arrangements to purchase a lei and have it delivered upon my arrival to OGG. This was confirmed, both in a receipt that was e-mailed right away and more e-mail communication I received prior to my arrival. When my flight landed at OGG, I followed the instructions and there was no one there to greet me - with a lei or otherwise. I thoroughly checked the area, making sure that no one's sign had my name on it, and eventually I asked at the airport's Information counter for assistance (even though this had nothing to do with them). After about 30 minutes - and a few telephone calls to the business - someone wandered over to the baggage claim area for my flight and gave me my lei. It was very anticlimatic, and was not at all the special experience I had hoped for. I would recommend against using this business in the future.”
