“When an actual person answered the phone and quickly hooked me up with a second activity for our trip, I nearly fell off my chair. The level of service they provide just doesn’t exist much anymore. We were very pleased with Best of Maui. Both the luau and the snorkeling trip were great and booking put me in the Aloha spirit.”

“Awesome dinner and show!! Our server was excellent! Venue was difficult to navigate, especially with an elderly person in our group. More transparency needed for location, elevation, stairs and distance . We were thankful to a golf cart and driver that said they could offer assistance. Mahalo!”

“It was easy to book the luau my family and I were looking at, and Best of Maui Activities had the best price! Unfortunately, our schedule changed and we couldn't make the date we scheduled, so we had to cancel. I called the number and there was no problem whatsoever with the cancellation process. I even received a receipt confirming the cancellation within the hour! Super friendly and great customer service.”

“The show was really beautiful and the musicians and dancers were graceful and talented. The food was plentiful and quite tasty. I would highly recommend this show except for one unpleasant issue. There was a long and unnecessary wait to enter the facility. We were told to check in by 5 but we did not enter until 6. Why you may ask? I believe it was done so that the photographer would have time to take pictures of each couple and then try to sell them the expensive photos. Anyway, if the long wait could be better managed, I think this would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“We had an amazing experience with Maui Off Road Adventures – Lahaina ATV Adventure. The team was incredibly well organized and truly operates like a well-oiled machine, which made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The ride itself was a blast, but what really stood out was their commitment to giving back. They plant a tree for every adventure and even include guests in the process. That was such a meaningful and memorable touch—being able to contribute to restoring the land made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for something fun, well-run, and impactful while in Maui!”

“The website deals were a little confusing, which actually allowed me to book a discounted rate for dates that weren't available, so that was a bummer. Customer service was very kind, but I would ensure your tech build doesn't allow customers to book rates they cannot have, or honor the rate when the fault is on your tech build.”
