“Whale watching and snorkeling were excellent. The Aluau was crowded for seating. The boys loved the helicopter experience.”

“The Luau was fun but I felt as if it was a bit short. My recollection from years ago was that we witnessed the IMU presentation and the food spread included more of a selection. The performers were amazing.”

“The snorkling was cancelled due weather conditions. I asked for refund which was done a week later . They a answer as expected. Thanks”

We issued a refund on your credit card on that same day at 10:26 AM, as you'll be able to see in the email our concierge sent to you shortly after the credit was issued. “The luau in Paia was very nice. The only issue was it was a bit hard to find. There was no signage anywhere on the road for the luau. We had to walk back through a parking lot to find the gate. Once we found it it was very nice.”

“This is jut for the booking experience. The website was far better than the other I found for the same Paia Luau I booked. Try also offered a flower lei which we wanted over a nut lei which others might like because it lasts. There were extra steps waiting for confirmation because it’s not real time but that was explained and only took a few hours and then they reformed by phone to make sure all the emails were received. For Hawaii I was pretty impressed and we are looking forward to our luau in December. Further review tbd after experience.”
