“VIP issues at Luau: - Supposed to have “best seating (closest to stage)” but we were seated in a back corner; our view was not of the main stage but of a side stage and we were far away from it; musicians were center stage but we could only see the back of one or two musicians heads - Didn’t receive flower hairpieces for women and leis for men until I hunted someone down and asked about them - Nothing seemed “VIP” about our experience - I think we should be refunded the additional price paid for the VIP upgrade”
