“Have been consuming this version (and quite a few more)of honey for over 20 years and have yet to encounter a type that has the same qualities as the Ohia Lehua. After it crystalizes, it seems to have a slight saltiness to it which lends to its rich flavor profile. Only one other honey grown from the leatherwood tree in Tasmania comes close. Enjoy!”
