“I'm so glad you asked about it. The Biostrap could use a few modifications as far as I'm concerned. One: How about a notification pop up when the battery gets to 20 % ? Two: While the device automatically detects that I'm on an elliptical, I would really prefer that specific exercise in the library in order to keep track of my progress. Three: I notice that the strap is really good looking, but a bitch to put on properly. Is there a chance I can try the new strap design? Four: I would prefer the option of updating the device myself, rather than having it update automatically. It's a better way for me to control my data plan. JC”

“In general, it is OK. But I cannot get a heart rate during a workout, even in walking. Sleep pattern is also not reliable: when I stay in bed awake for 30-40 min it says that I am in light sleep; wakes up during the sleep also are not very reliable. Battery life is too short”

“For so many reasons, this is the best fitness tracker I have ever had...and I have worn several brands. My husband gave it to me on December 1st as an early Christmas present. One month in and can honestly say it has changed the course of my workouts - it helped me break through a plateau by showing me where I get my most efficient calorie burn. The customer service is absolutely amazing - these developers are continually looking for ways to improve upon an already amazing product. They listen to their customers and are easily accessible to address issues and answer questions. I have told everyone I know about Biostrap. As far as the shoe pod - I have never had an issue. It works with all shoe strings. With round strings, you have to change the placement so that you're not trying to lock it in at the criss-cross. If you sre on the fence, buy it - you will not regret it!”

“I've used a bunch of wearables. They all have their pros and cons biostrap included. The app experience is pretty great and will probably only get better. They have a lot of helpful info on exactly what the biometrics mean. There is some learning involved--but I've really enjoyed it.”
