“I loved the Biostrap but after the first update it didn't work for me any longer. It didn't record my sleep or my workouts. It also didn't record and biometrics on me. Strange but when it worked I loved it. If they come up with a fix I will definitely by it again.”

“I received the new sensor after mine stopped recording sleep. The new one does not work and I can't seem to get a response from anyone. This fitness band was very expensive and mine hasn't worked for over a month. I want a refund I'll just get an apple watch”
