“The new inductive charger works 100 times better than my original one; like I said, I’m an early adopter so I probably had a very old charger. It also charges so quickly!”

“It is fine. I have found the charging time to be in reality closer to 60-90 min rather than 20 min. I know it depends on the USB power input. Having some guidance here would help reduce the charging times.”

“I received this product and worked for one race. Shoe pod wouldn't sync or charge. Than wrist band wouldn't sync. Sent the whole package back for a replacement. Received shoe pod & wrist pod minus the wristband. I was told they would send me one if I paid for the shipping. Why would I ask for the wristband if I didn't send it back. The spare ones were in the box but not the black one. Asked for a refund and got charged $31.00 restocking fee. Terrible customer service.”
