I received the wrong item. Katie from customer service replied to my email saying that the correct item had been shipped. Over a week later, I still hadn’t received my items. I reached out again only to learn that my correct items hadn’t been shipped yet but might be shipped the next day. Since then, they’ve sent me what they claim is a return label, but is actually just a forwarded email with a bar code that goes nowhere.
I’ve now had to contact BC support and wait for replies five times now. I just want to feed birds!! I didn’t sign up for all these issues. Save yourself the trouble and find an appropriately-seller.”
