“I am so glad you have the replacement base for your feeders. However, your feeders are so well made you rarely need one. We did have a larger bird try to sit on one of our feeders and knocked it to the ground. The base did get a chip and was leaking. I thought I was going to have to buy a new feeder. I was very pleased to find you had the replacement base.”
“Love the product. The old feeder bottom had a crack and didn't screw into the glass bottle well anymore. My problem is that I ordered it on a Monday and awaited an email about when it was shipped. Tuesday and Wednesday passed- no e mail. A call on Thursday jogged them into shipping on Thursday.”
