“They were very fast at sending the hanging cable and the cable ends were a little bigger than the holes in the birdhouse so all I had to do is get a drill bit 1 size bigger and made the hole bigger and it worked perfectly.”
“The hanging cable on our 15 year old bird feeder finally gave way and I needed to replace it. We have all kinds of animals and birds eating out of our feeders and that's OK with us but the cable probably does get a bit of a workout when the deer push and lean on the feeder to get to the feed and over time it just broke. I made sure of the measurements and ordered the new one from Bird's Choice. It worked out perfectly. The old one was screwed into the feeder but the new one had the 'push-through' type of end so I had to drill a couple holes where the previous screws were and everything worked out great.
