“A sturdy feeder with a beautiful, shiny red top. Nectar ports have individual perches. My only complaint is that the top could fit tighter but this isn't a problem.”
“Although I haven't seen many hummingbirds in our area (definitely some Orioles, though), I decided to try attracting them. This feeder has a few features I especially like that will make the maintenance easier so we can spend more time watching for our little friends. The unit comes with a fairly long support hook, which should help prevents spills when it gets breezy. Another great idea is that there's a little 'moat' between the hook attachment point and the nectar receptacle; this should keep the ants away. The whole unit is also made of polycarbonate plastic, like headlight lenses, so it should stand up to the sunlight for many years. One suggestion I have would be to put a little tiny dab of silicone grease or vaseline on the threads of the hook before installing it; this will make disassembly easier in the off season (if you have one).”
“I received this product several weeks ago, we’ve had several hummingbirds around so I filled this feeder up with sugar water and they had no problem finding the feeder so it worked great.”
“This was easy to set up after you open the box and it’s absolutely cute in my front yard. It seems to be able to withstand wind and the elements pretty well too”
“I am really quite impressed with the Birds Choice Hummingbird Feeder; it allows 12 oz of nectar water, and had six ports for the hummingbirds to choose from and you just hang it up and watch the hummingbirds fly towards it. We hang it among our flower beds and it's easy to refill. It cleans well and is important to keep out the mold, a small port brush is included and there is an ant moat on top you fill with water to deter the ants from reaching the nectar. It's made of a durable plastic that is dishwasher safe. It makes bird watching fun and interesting.”
“Good feeder that the hummingbirds seem to like. It has been getting lots of activity. I do wish the reservoir was a bit bigger so that I could fill it less frequently. Overall a good humming bird feeder.”
