“Best poles for my feeder. First time I got replacements due to a bear visiting and bending my poles. The durable feeder was not damaged. Excellent products.”
Hi Kathleen,
Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad to hear the poles held up well and that your feeder remained undamaged, even after a visit from a determined bear! We truly appreciate your continued support and are happy to know you’re pleased with the quality of our products.
Kind Regards,
Birds Choice Team
“The pole section sent to me fit perfectly with the remainder of the poles that came with the feeder.
My only criticism of the feeder is that it is mounted on the poles by only a very shallow socket like depression, located at the upper end of the opaque green cylinder part, which keeps the squirrels away. Thus, it is awkward to be sure the pole gets in that little socket because you cannot see it easily. If not inserted properly, the feeder essentially just rests by gravity and usually will be eccentrically positioned. I would’ve made the green part clear to allow it to be seen from the side and also made that socket a lot deeper for a more secure fit.”
Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear the replacement pole section fit perfectly and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with the feeder setup. Your comments about the pole socket design and visibility are very helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass them along to our product team for consideration. Customer insights like yours help us continue improving our products.
Thank you again for your support and thoughtful suggestions!
“I ordered this to replace an old feeder pole that had rusted. This pole was reasonably priced, arrived very quickly, and worked like a charm! Great product and fast service. Thank you!”
“This pole section made our feeder perfect. After 3 years a squirrel figured out he could leap up the feeder and grab on the perches to finish climbing up to get the seed. After adding the new section, he can no longer get to the feeder. We are very happy.”
