“Incredible well engineered. All the holes line up. The kit does not come with instructions but the on line instructions are very good. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be slightly heavier gauge aluminum. I know that makes it heavier but, at least the roof should be a heavier gauge.”

You're not alone in that feedback — we had moved our instructions to a QR code on the box, but based on responses like yours, we've gone back to including a paper manual in every box. “Assembling is extremely cumbersome. The size of nuts and bolts are ridiculously small. Having said that, the house is beautiful and looks great on our roof. Awaiting swallows to move in!!!”
“Well I can understand why yall charge $80.00 to assemble this birdhouse. Really nice design and relatively easy to put up. If you assemble it yourself watch out for sharp edges they will get you. On the instructions better photographs would be much appreciated and help with assembly and keep from having to disassemble and reassembling. Very nice birdhouse though, just give yourself plenty of time to assemble.”
