“We didn’t get the carrier , also after making my order , realised they wouldn’t be ok for Xmas , I called and explained that the whole order was a gift, I was told that I was in time to change the date to be dispatched till the 11 December, but two days later the order arrived, so I called spoke to a man , who I have to say wasn’t particularly friendly, said he couldn’t see anything on the account , but told me to keep the mince pies and he would send the order again on the 11th, he couldn’t understand why my pet food was sent without the carrier , again not friendly, when I said it hadn’t been a great experience, was told “ we’ll your getting some free mince pies”
I won’t be ordering again, hope my carrier for the pet food arrives”
