“I had arranged for a Birthday biscuit to be sent to a friend. I got the date wrong for delivery (my fault) and asked customer services to send it on another date which they confirmed only to find out that the recipient received it on the wrong day anyway. Contact between customer services and courier maybe needed to be a bit more clear or just be honest and say there was nothing they could do to help me. I know these biscuits are delicious as I have received some myself in the past hence I wanted to place an order for a close friend. I will still consider ordering from you again.”
