The 2 calls when I did get a reply, I explained that it seems that my address (the purchaser) had been muddled with that of the intended recipient. The email I received the day before the due date (26.3.21) showed it had been sent to my address in Shropshire but putting the post code of the recipient in Berkshire. Hence the parcel was lost. I could not have made this error. I know my post code and that of my friend very well.
As the birthday gift is already 6 days overdue I would like you to send a similar gift but with wording: Belated Birthday Greetings.

“Biscuit was incorrectly delivered by Royal Mail,despite paying extra for tracking.Biscuiteers have been investigating,but it is taking far too long.I discovered what had happened to my delivery,with a 10 minute phonecall to Royal Mail.I am still awaiting my delivery to be resolved 5 days on,with no further communication telling me what is going on.So I cannot comment on what the biscuit was like,as it never arrived.I found the customer services to be very pedantic.I have cancelled another order I had placed for Mother's Day.and told them to remove me from any future mailings.Perhaps they should have actioned this before asking me for a review request.I will never use this company again.I appreciate that it was Royal Mail's error,something that Biscuiteers have been very quick to say,but their complete lack of trying to offer a quick resolution has lost them a customer,which it was quite obvious, by customer services attitude,they weren't the least bothered about.”

“Person sent to wrote to say delighted BuT dpd tried to deliver on wrong date. And then after lots of texts I got it put through letterbox as designed on 1st March. I used dpd as you seem to say more reliable than Royal Mail but they should post it through letterbox as your product suggests. Also you send far too many emails. I love the product but I’m getting really fed up of your constant emails”
