“The biscuit was not delivered on Saturday, February 6th as I arranged.
I have now received 2 emails from Royal Mail one saying it was going to be delivered on Wednesday, February 10th. This apparently didn't happen. Now they are supposed to be delivering today, Thursday, February 11th.
What is going on? I am very annoyed and disappointed and will think twice before buying biscuits off you again.”
