“The biscuit was beautiful and I’m sure delicious. My disappointment is with the delivery service. When I ordered on 12/6, I was given a delivery date of 14/6 (great as this was the birthday of the recipient), unfortunately my biscuit did not arrive until the 17/6. I understand you use Royal Mail and they are busy due to the run up to Fathers Day post but you perhaps should have amended your suggested delivery dates accordingly to avoid such situations. I ordered from you specifically because the delivery date suited what I wanted. Yet it was 3 days late.”
