“Friends were delighted with the beautiful delicious biscuit. Unfortunately they all arrived at least three days late for the end of 2020 so the "moment" was missed. I appreciate this was not your fault but ask that maybe you consider strengthening your note about Royal Mail delivery .......they will be under great pressure as the pandemic continues so they have my sympathy.”
“I was disappointed this time with Biscuiteers. I ordered three packages to go to 3 families. One arrived on the due date 31st Dec., one on the 1st Jan, also acceptable with post as it is, but the message wasn’t included so the recipients hadn’t a clue who had sent it. The third didn’t arrive til 4th January and because no one knew where it had been, won’t be eaten. I have received from, and used Biscuiteers before and always been pleased so this isn’t so much of a complaint as a comment for your information. Happy New Year, Wendy Jordan”

I'm so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail!
Unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing a high amount of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or Christmas.
Again I'm very sorry for the delay.
