A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

Hello Lucy, I'm so sorry that your order was not successfully delivered. This is really disappointing, especially as the item was a gift. There seems to have been as issue with the delivery address which is why the item was returned to us after an attempted delivery. We offered the full credit note so you could re place your order with perhaps an alternative delivery address for the recipient but we are so sorry that you were not happy with this resolution. With our Royal Mail international service, there is an estimated lead time for delivery of 7-10 working days but if you do need something quicker we do offer our FedEx courier service which takes 2-3 working days. “Can't believe a biscuit cost so much,the box was nice,were did the price of postage come from!it came about half past two my husband went to work at one,missed he postman who just shoved it through the letter box was so disappointed that a little biscuit that was very doughy cost about £15 and didn't even come on time!gutted, that my husband wasnt there when it came feel ripped off and dissappointed”
