“I ordered the lipstick biscuit card online but chose to collect it in store to avoid the postage charge, when I went into the store it was £3.00 cheaper than the price I had paid online! When I first mentioned this to he staff member and asked why this was, she said she wasn't sure and wished me a good day, I didn't think this was good enough so went back and asked to speak to a Manager and refund my online order to re-by it in store. Luckily this happened and the Manager was very helpful but to be honest this made me think twice about ordering from you again as I felt very tricked.”
