“I ordered several biscuits and wanted them to be delivered for Advent but there was no box to arrange this . I emailed straight away after placing the order and Josh said that wasn’t a problem and he would arrange it. All biscuits were delivered two days later ☹️”

It looks like there was a mix up between our Happiness team and our Dispatch team on this one. We are really sorry!
No need to worry though all our Christmas biscuits have a shelf life of well into February. They will still be perfectly fresh throughout the run up to Christmas and beyond!
