A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“Smaller than expected for the price. Purchased for granddaughter. Was well received so much so that she "doesn't want to eat it yet as it's so nice." Good job has long date on it. Better than paper card which would have been thrown away.”

“Absolutely beautiful looking biscuit, but unfortunately it was far too sweet for us. Understand that of course the icing is pure sugar, but if possible I would reduce the sugar content of the actual biscuit and up the ginger content.”

“It was beautifully decorated and much enjoyed by my grandson. The presentation box was excellent but the cost of one biscuit with delivery was very high.”
