“My aunt was literally over the rainbow with this biscuit which I had sent to her to cheer her up and celebrate after shielding had ended. I knew as soon as I saw it she would love it as her house has a sign outside of a rainbow and the words Rainbow's End. She said she has never seen anything like it before. I also told her a donation would be made to The Emergencies Trust which is close to her heart as one daughter is a Nurse and the other a Mid-day Assistant in a school.”
