“Unfortunately, there were difficulties ordering the biscuit which delayed the delivery and then there was further delay by Post Office and the biscuit did not arrive until 03.11.20 (order was processed on 30.10.20). This was disappointing as it ruined the surprise element of the gift. I was disappointed at the size of the biscuit for the cost. The recipient enjoyed the flavour of the biscuit.”
