“Can,t rate the biscuit fairly because it arrived a day later than requested at a party venue booked for the day.
Consequently the recipient has never receive it.

We do say with our Royal Mail tracked service that this is not a guaranteed service and there is a chance it can be delivered the next working day after the date you select at checkout.
