A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

What a lovely surprise for the elderly friend of my late mother. Self isolating alone, many miles from me, she was so surprised, thrilled and delighted to receive the letter box flower. Made her day.... probably her week! So easy for me to do.
