A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“The quality and presentation are fantastic, however I have been disappointed in the delivery of the last 2 items as were for a special birthday and the order got lost in your system which meant they were late and the recipients had gone on holiday.”

“The birthday biscuit was ordered in January 2017 and the message to say it had been dispatched was on 14/5/2018 - the biscuit was never received as the recipient had moved soI have no idea what it was like. I love the idea of novelty biscuits as presents and cards but wouldn't use Biscuiteers again.”

Hello Ruth, Thank you for your message. We're so sorry for the confusion here, having looked into this it does look like your original order was delivered in early 2017. Because of a glitch on our system, your order confirmation email was just re sent last week and we are so sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused. “I got sent a photo of the recipient with the biscuit and she absolutely loved it. It's such a different way to say happy birthday which isn't overly expensive. Will definitely send again and totally recommend!!”
