A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“I have sent this biscuit card to a couple of people Nd on both occasions they have taken a picture and sent it too me saying too good to eat. They love the gift I would highly recommend the biscuit gift cards.....just something a bit different as an alternative to flowers, wine,chocolate et”

Good Afternoon Helen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear about your delayed delivery, I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly as the item was a gift. We have emailed you back and are just waiting for a reply on how you would like to proceed. Having tracked your delivery we can see that your order was delivered a day late, which we really do apologise sincerely for. Royal Mail are usually very reliable however we know that there were some delays and back logs following the bad weather of the week before, plus the larger than usual volume of deliveries due to Mother's Day, so I think this may have been the cause of the delay.
