“I paid for delivery 2/3 days and it stated delivery on the 29th June, it never arrived..... I called and left you an answer phone message at approx. 17.50 as your offices where closed, to ask of the whereabouts of the gift - It was Dad's 70th Birthday and he was away on holiday - hence delivery to a hotel, I'm still awaiting a response to that message!
The card arrived the following day just as they were leaving - didn't really have the same impact and was very disappointed at the customer service as I order a lot of gifts from you!”
