“Sadly my order was not sent out on time. I was not notified of this and had to contact the Biscuiteers to ask where the order was. I was informed there was an error and it would be sent out the following day, only then to receive an email to say it has not been sent out again. I have been refunded with credit.”

“It was delivered to the wrong address and the recipient only received them two weeks later and hence didn't eat them.”

Hello Sam, Thank you for leaving us a review. We're so sorry that your friend did not receive their gift until two weeks after delivery. This is really strange, as having tracked your order with Royal Mail, we can see your order was successfully delivered to the address that was entered at checkout so we're really sorry about this. If we had been made aware of this then we could have looked into this to find out exactly where your order had been delivered and re sent your gift if needed. Our biscuits actually have a shelf life of 5 months so they will still be absolutely fine to eat, even after two weeks.
