“The children’s party was way way overpriced. Gift bags provided at £12 extra were of no value and contained biscuits already paid for.
Birthday girls gift was to be special - nothing special in her bag- 2hours booked were not filled. Kids were entertaining themselves the last 20mins. The space was not st a all conducive... right next to toilets.
Victoria sponge birthday cake was bought at over £30 and served straight out of the fridge , so sponge was hard as was the cream. I would think as bakers they would know better and serve at room temperature. Drinks were served to the kids without my consent and without being told I would be charged outrageous prices for each little bottle. I was told kids would get a drink each as part of party package. They did not.Over all a highly expensive and disappointing experience i’m Afraid. Very cute shop but not worth the Expense at all in my opinion. Way too overpriced . Would not recommend.”
