A bit about our chocolates
Our chocolates are all made by our friends at Beugnies Les Chocolat in Belgium. They come in a variety of wonderful flavours including: earl grey ganache, salted caramel, mint ganache, hazelnut praline, lemon ganache, candied ginger ganache, franzipan, dark raspberry ganache, dark rose ganache, praline crisp, dark orange ganache and caramelised sesame praline.

“The chocolates and the box and everything were lovely but unfortunately the wrong order was sent to my US recipient. She received the "Happy 40th Tamara" which I had already received in Paris when she was supposed to received chocolates spelling out "Happy BDAY ANNE" - it was quite embarrassing.”

“Although I had seen the product before, this was the first time that I had orderedfrom "Biscuiteers" and I am happy to say that I found the process of ordering and delivery of a box of Chocolates was easy and efficient. I spoke to am extremely helpful young lady who helped me plan my personalisation of the chocolates, although I must admit I had doubts as to whether this would actually work - it was perfect ! In very hot and humid weather I had doubts as to the state of the chocolates on arrival but they were very appropriately packed , together with an icepack, and arrived in perfect condition, and on time, after an appropriate reminder of their arrival. The recipient of the chocolates also did not know the product and was very surprised, and delighted to receive them. Thank you, Biscuiteers! Sheila Collins”

“This was a present for my sister's birthday. She sent me a picture of the chocolates. They were as good as I imagined and she was absolutely thrilled. Satisfaction all round”

“The chocolates were delivered to my daughter too early, spoiling the surprise. I received a refund of p&p when I rang to complain, plus a code for 20% off my next order. However, I was there when my daughter opened the chocolates, and I was so upset to see that the first 2 initials of her name, 'Sarah', had fallen off. The parcel had not been mishandled in any way, and of course the chocolates were delicious as usual.I am unhappy with my order on this occasion and would like a full refund of the cost. Please action this as soon as convenient and advise me when you have done so. Thank you.”
