“I presume the chocolates deserve a 5* review as it was a retirement gift and I didn't actually get to see them but I have ordered chocolates in the past and they have been well received. This gift was ordered for a deliberate date and your company did comply with this but Royal Mail completely messed it up. It didn't arrive until 3 days after the date the lady retired by which time she had left work and I had to go to the local mail sorting office to collect it and deliver it to her home as it wasn't even due to be delivered until 5 days later. I was very disappointed as it was a special gift. I think you should seriously think about using Royal Mail, in my experience they cannot be trusted to deliver on time. I must say it was very well packed in a sturdy box. I also ordered the prosecco and a gift bag but the gift bag wasn't included even though I had paid £2.50 for it. Don't know what went wrong there.”

“Bought these for my daughter and son-in-law for 10th wedding anniversary. The chocolates looked amazing ( even though there was a spelling mistake - Hapy not Happy!) and they thought it was a wonderful gift. Many thanks- I will certainly use Biscuiteers again!”

“Recipient loved the chocolates, the tin & chocolates looked beautiful and the gift card was really lovely quality and looked very professional. Would definitely use again in the future and would recommend. Can't comment on the taste as she said they were too pretty to eat yet!!!”
