“I bought the tin as a wedding present = didn't want to break the seal to see what the personalisation looked like. At the time of ordering the product, your website displayed an image with initials joined by an ampersand (A&B), but the text box on your website wouldn't accept special characters, so instead of an ampersand, I put an 'and' assuming it'd be replaced by the '&' sign from your end. Instead, I presented the newlyweds with a MANDB writing on the chocolates, which confused them and embarrassed me. Despite the beautiful tin and the good taste of the product, I'm afraid I would not recommend your personalised products to anybody.”
