A bit about our chocolates
Our chocolates are all made by our friends at Beugnies Les Chocolat in Belgium. They come in a variety of wonderful flavours including: earl grey ganache, salted caramel, mint ganache, hazelnut praline, lemon ganache, candied ginger ganache, franzipan, dark raspberry ganache, dark rose ganache, praline crisp, dark orange ganache and caramelised sesame praline.

“This was supposed to be a surprise gift for a friend, I ordered on 13th Jan, it was delivered on 14th Jan by Royal Mail to a neighbour, but my friend still hasn't received it, and we have no idea where it is. Surprise ruined and no gift received - very disappointed, £23 pounds down the pan”

“My chocolates didn’t arrive on the date of my friends special day and when I contacted Biscuiteers they told me that I could only resend or have a credit note. When I said I would resend they said they could not supply the chocolates now. I exchanged several emails before asking to speak to the supervisor who refunded. Very disappointed as I really like their products but the service I received was poor. Perhaps it is the Christmas rush but I would be unlikely to use them at Xmas/Birthday again.”
