“I ordered the wedding chocolates in plenty of time for a bride. When she opened them they were a box of Christmas chocolates - not exactly appropriate on 10th November!!! I tried numerous times to ring Biscuiteers - they let the phone ring for ages then cut you off so it's impossible to speak to someone.
Finally an adviser, George, mailed me to say that he would send out the correct order but he has not specified a date for delivery due to 'delays being felt across the country with Royal Mail and DPD'. I await this order but sadly the moment has somewhat passed as the bride got married last Saturday!
Not sure I'd use Biscuiteers again if they can't even send the correct order!”
