“Still waiting for the cake 5 days after.
The bakery says it is the Royal Mail fault. I never heard of this before with food which is suppose to be delivered even more on time. I haven’t received the receive refund or anything. Really disappointed because the children ar my party couldn’t have the cake. Unreliable company. It happened now twice now. The other day scones for afternoon tea arrived late evening!!!”

“Last B’s Xmas cake was lovely. This year very disappointing. Very dry, ‘crunchy’ like lots of prunes / raisins. Not rich & moist. Costly mistake as won’t eat any more., Sorry, as all other products exceptionally tasty.”
