“The biscuits were fab, as usual, however I asked for delivery before a birthday (1st may) and had allowed 2 extra days but it didn’t turn up until 7th May. Disappointing postal service even in these unusual times”

I purchased this gift as it was a ‘letter box’ gift and the recipient is an NHS key worker working long hours (so unable to be at home to receive a parcel). Unfortunately it was not put through letter box and recipient had to collect from courtier.”
