The design
We took our inspirations from the wards at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Keen bird experts will recognise a Robin, Nightingale, Woodpecker and Kingfisher - all of our favourite British garden birds. £2 from the sale price of the tin will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“Sorry to say this but not good. They were inedible. I think something went wrong...they arrived a day late, but they didn't taste good. The snowman received on a separate occasion were much better. Beautiful decoration, but it stops there.”

“I sent these as a ‘cheer up’ gift to my mum. She said they were beautiful, too lovely to eat . 3 days after looking at them she ate one and they tasted great ,so they obviously keep well. They are pricey but a lovely alternative treat to flowers .”

“They were bought as a gift for my brother who absolutely loved them! On first opening the box he said they were far to beautiful to eat! a photograph was taken and after a little persuasion he ate one. The quality of the buttery biscuit is very good, tastes delicious and the icing is not too sweet overall an excellent product which arrived on time and due to the packaging unbroken. I will be ordering more for Christmas gifts Thank you Alison Wright”
