The design
We took our inspirations from the wards at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Keen bird experts will recognise a Robin, Nightingale, Woodpecker and Kingfisher - all of our favourite British garden birds. £2 from the sale price of the tin will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“I am actually not happy. I ordered 2 letter boxes and as it was my first order with your company I decided to open a letter box to see the bird biscuits. The beak of one bird is curved. I think these biscuits are not cheap so I would except beautiful pieces, plus there are only 4 per box.”
